We are a consulting and construction company specialized in construction management with over 15 years of experience developing housing projects in Costa Rica. Our team works together with construction crews, architectural designers, and engineers, both structural and electromechanical, to achieve the desired final product.

An important part of our service includes providing counsel during the due diligence process before purchasing the property. We analyze all the technical aspects of the project to determine the feasibility of the project. It is important to recognize that some areas of Costa Rica, especially in the south, have strict regulations that protect the environment, especially with housing development projects such as condominiums. Special preliminary studies are required before even one tree can be cut down.

For this reason, this company and its president are dedicated to a true, sustainable development, which we believe is the only way to achieve goals properly and correctly. ABOUT THE OWNER

Adrián Coto was born in Cartago city. He is a civil engineer with twenty-two years of experience in the construction business. He started at a very young age when he was nineteen years old while studying for his career. He started working on budgets for houses and urbanizations in his family’s company, a company with thirty-five years of experience developing urban areas and condominiums in Costa Rica, a pioneer in the construction sector. Adrián graduated when he was twenty-four years old; meanwhile, he worked very hard, supervising, controlling budgets, and managing several projects.

Eight years later, Adrián decided to step aside and start his own business, moving to the southern area of Costa Rica, in love with nature and the good waves. But not everything was so easy and pleasant, the 2009 crisis appeared just as Adrián started the race on his new path, and he had to learn how to diversify. He got into the appraisal field and provided professional services as a consultant of the largest bank of Costa Rica, The National Bank of Costa Rica. He conducted appraisals for seven years, driving all over the southern zone, from San Isidro to Pavones, visiting and supervising lands, construction sites, agriculture land, and different kinds of developments, while the construction sector was regaining forces.

When the market got back on track again, and construction was moving forward in the area, Adrián went back to what he learned since day one, to build homes, but this time to focus on building luxury and high-end finishing houses in the world-wide market. Since then, Adrián has not stopped, and the clients’ exigencies have placed him where he is today, with a high experience building luxury homes, complying with national codes, and keeping up with the foreign market’s high demand.
